As of April 20, 2022, SwipeSimple Payments V6.13.0 has been released.
This release includes the ability for merchants to assign a Member user to multiple devices.
Anticipated December 2021, SwipeSimple Mobile V6.10.0 will be released. With this release, merchants who accept payments with a B200 or B250 card reader will be prompted to update the firmware of their card readers after completing a successful transaction.
If the card reader firmware has not been updated by January 1, 2022 the merchant will no longer be able to accept EMV chip card payments until they update their firmware.
We strongly encourage all merchants currently using SwipeSimple Mobile App update to V6.10.0 once it is made available so they can perform the card reader firmware update, which will ensure that they can continue to accept EMV chip card payments without issue on and after January 1, 2022.
