Neha (Neh-ha) Patel, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), is the Senior Director of Finance at CardFlight.
Leveraging her extensive expertise and success within finance, Neha secured multiple promotions, each with increasing responsibilities within the CardFlight organization. Currently, she is responsible for managing all financial operations, including direct ownership of a high-performing team across accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and business operations. In addition, Neha proactively drives event-based financial analysis and has played an integral role in securing capital to fund the company’s growth needs.
Prior to joining CardFlight in 2017, Neha served as a Credit Analyst within Senior Secured Debt Solutions at Emigrant Bank. Here, Neha delivered underwriting and portfolio management support to a fast-growing, middle-market lending platform that evaluated 60+ secured debt opportunities and contributed to 10 syndicated term loan investments, achieving 84% annual growth across the private portfolio. Earlier in her career, Neha worked as a Graduate Financial Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, where she gained initial exposure to capital markets, including FP&A.
Neha earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Psychology from New York University in 2014. Recognized as a well-spoken leader, she is fluent in English with conversational knowledge of Spanish and Gujarati. Neha’s passion for supporting small businesses resonates in her work across all areas of CardFlight and is driven by her personal experiences in supporting multiple family-run micro businesses. Outside of work, Neha enjoys exploring new areas and experiences with her husband and goldendoodle in her new home of Austin, TX.
