Vera Miller, a dynamic business visionary, is VP of Operations at CardFlight. Having joined the company in 2021, she is responsible for overseeing all customer operations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving a wide range of issues.
Before joining CardFlight, Vera worked at Frontpoint Security as Chief Customer Officer where she transformed the post sale customer lifecycle. Focused on customer-facing technical product support, customer retention, and supply chain, Vera actively drove continuous improvement, secured cost savings, and increased team productivity. Prior to Frontpoint Security, she served as Vice President of Global Customer Operations at Rosetta Stone.
Vera earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from George Mason University. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering for various organizations in the Washington, DC area, as well as traveling internationally.
